English Home Renovation

This renovation project focuses on transforming a family home into a cozy yet contemporary space. The project includes redesigning the kitchen, family room, dining room, laundry room, mudroom, principal bedroom, bathrooms, gym, and children's playroom. The design emphasizes warm tones, matte metal finishes, and transitional styles. Specific preferences include brushed gold accents in the kitchen and natural wood elements in the principal bathroom. The overall aim is to create a functional and stylish living environment that aligns with the homeowners unique taste.

As a junior designer on the renovation project, I collaborated with lead designers, trades, vendors, and clients throughout the design process. I participated in client meetings, contributed to conceptual development, sourced materials and fixtures, and created 2D and 3D renders. Using AutoCAD, I drafted full-scale construction drawings and utilized the Microsoft Office suite to provide detailed project documentation, such as specifications and budget documents. I incorporated revisions based on quotes and client input, ensuring smooth coordination during the project's implementation.
