LA Condo Renovation

The LA Condo Renovation Project is a full-scale luxury residential renovation that transformed an existing condominium into a highly customized, contemporary living environment. The project began with a complete reconfiguration of key spaces within the unit, including the full demolition of all existing bathrooms and the kitchen, allowing for a more intentional and elevated redesign tailored to the clients’ lifestyle and aesthetic goals.

The renovation focused on creating a cohesive interior that feels warm, refined, and highly functional through the use of custom millwork, integrated architectural detailing, layered materiality, and carefully curated furnishings and finishes. Natural stone, warm wood tones, soft textures, and integrated lighting were thoughtfully incorporated throughout the home to balance modern simplicity with depth and comfort.

As the lead designer on the project in my role as Designer Level II at Lindsey Goddard Interiors, I have been closely involved in every phase of the project from concept development through implementation. My responsibilities have included leading design development, managing client communication, coordinating with consultants and contractors, producing detailed drawing and specification packages, overseeing custom casework and finish selections, and maintaining the overall design vision throughout construction.

This project demonstrates my ability to lead and manage a complex luxury residential renovation across all stages of design and execution while balancing creativity, technical coordination, organization, and problem-solving within a highly detailed and collaborative environment.
